The interviews would be
technical in nature where candidates would be given programming tasks.
The candidates would be evaluated on their problem solving skills, OOP
concepts and their sense of quality of the output.
The Job Requirements are as follows :
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Drive to innovate with a strong sense of Quality.
- Demonstrate sound rationale in making design trade-offs for own feature area.
- To be able to identify the risks involved and find practical solutions to them.
- Effectively manage dependencies for own feature area.
- Solving any problems that may arise by tactfully handling the situation and analytically
- solving the problem.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering; Master*s degree is a plus
- adequate knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript.
- hands-on experience with PHP and MYSQL is a plus.
- Other desirable technologies include java and python.
- Able to work on Ajax based applications.
- User Interface Design experience and skills such as Photoshop are recommended.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies, communications, and network protocols.
