Wavetec is looking for recruiting individuals for the post of (Senior)
Quality Assurance Engineers in their Karachi office. Mentioned below
are the details for the position:
(Senior) SQA Engineer (2 to 3 years)
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: as per experience
Job Description
Create project work plan with coordination with the Product
Manager/Asst. Product Manager. At least 02 days plan must be available
at any instance.
Update the project work plan on daily basis with both planned and
unplanned activities.
Provide input to the project plan in terms of time estimates
required for QA/QC related activities.
Maintain and update standard test cases.
Verify the standard test cases as applied by the development team.
Acquire the understanding of domain knowledge/business logic and
prepare functional test cases in coordination with the Product manager/
Asst. Product Manager/Project Manager.
Report bugs and enhancement related suggestions and verify them to
make them ready for delivery and categorization of bugs according to
their significance.
Maintain bug reports using the Mantis and releases on VSS Server.
Job Requirements
At least two year (02) of experience in a similar role.
Development/software configuration and testing experience
Good SQL - Queries and Database Skills
Test Case Designs should be effective
