He should have good experience in working on collaboration, workflows, portals, forms, blogs, wikis, document management and other features of Share Point.
The right candidate should have strong .NET development background., so that he can configure/write web parts, event handlers and workflows within the Sharepoint platform.

Experience: Overall minimum of 5 years experience, with at least two years experience in SharePoint development.
