- Strong communication skills and a proven track record for developing quality software products
- At least two years of experience in designing / building highly automated test infrastructure for 3-tier web-based or client/server enterprise applications
- Working experience with a structured software development life cycle and software test practices on medium to large projects.
- Hands-on experience in automating functional test cases for enterprise-level web-based and client server projects a plus.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server 2005, Strong SQL Scripts writing skills, Stored Procedures & SQL back-end testing
- Strong analytical skills & Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Domain knowledge and experience of some ERP will be preferred.

This position is responsible for performing
functional,integration, system and load/performance testing of .net based
software products by working with a dedicated Development and QA team as part
of the software development life cycle.
Responsibilities include:
-Develop end-end scenario test cases
to validate business, system and operational requirements and work on its
technical implementation with the product management, development and test
teams.
- Collaborate closely with the
development, support, and implementation engineering groups to resolve
post-production issues.
- Communicating with Team members to
streamline the execution of test plans and processes with them.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
