Qualification: Graduate
Relevant Experience : 4 to 6 years
Salary : 120k to 150k (Depends upon experience)
Required Skills :
• Research and Fix bugs reported by QA
• Write Unit tests covering software code and ensure all
important areas of code are covered
• Ability to both work independently and be a good team player
• Facilitate coding standard compliance and code reviews
• Review and repair legacy code
• Provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed
to determine system problems.
• Willingness to play a leading role in mentoring juniors
• Assist in maturing of software development processes and
quality assurance processes towards greater standardization and improved long
term maintainability and robustness.
• Making presentations to customer or client audiences or
professional peers.
• Ability to identify tasks which require automation and
automate them.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work
environment.
• Development of project schedules and activities
• Participate in development of long range planning for new
projects and facilities.
• Research and recommend software tools to management.
• Ability to merge different code branches
• Establish communication with stakeholders for requirement
gathering and planning
• Follow SRS document for meeting specified software
requirements
• Ability to produce code with minimal defects per release/function
points
• Should be able to communicate properly throughout the
life-cycle of module/project/product
• Ability to deliver / estimate / schedule assigned task within
deadline
• Able to maintain / improve performance / security in
deliverables
