Dynamics LEAD:
The MS Dynamics CRM, Lead Consultant will be working closely with Account Managers to provide advice to customers in sizing the requirements and solution for MS CRM, including working with other teams to coordinate a total solution for the customer and to lead an implementation team to deliver the solution according to the requirement after award.
Responsibilities
. Lead the team to carry out the Microsoft CRM related work with
customers
. Be a Microsoft CRM advisor to our customers to ensure that
Microsoft CRM work is completed and adoption criteria have been met
. Conduct business requirements gathering, scope refinement, and
provide detail designs of work effort
. Facilitate and coordinate meetings with all levels of business
partners
Requirements:
. Minimum 5 years of working experience and be involved in minimally
2 rounds of implementation of Dynamics CRM 4.0 and above as a Team Lead
. Experience in CRM implementation including Data Conversion,
Customization and Configuration
. Involved in proposal development and pre-sales activities
. Strong in impact analysis, problem solving and be process and
solution oriented
. Possess strong sense of teamwork, integrity, motivation, and
creative in problem solving
. Good understanding of local domain (Singapore) knowledge and ICT
