Designation : Sales Analyst / MIS
• MIS preparation and monitoring.
• Manage the Budget preparation and monitoring the performance and variations.
• Collection of monthly forecast, summation, analysis, adjustment against market trend and past history.
• Periodical review of forecast and deviations are monitored for corrective actions.
• Collect and monitor the sales data of merchandisers.
• Analyse the cost of sales and monitor the variations from the budget.
• Study the market price and inform to the management to take corrective actions.
• Analyse and monitor the sales performance of executives.
• Inventory Management. Maintain close Coordination with Logistic, Accounts & procurement department for the timely availability of material.
• Analysis of SKUs performance
• Managing the receivables. Proper analysis, follow up, formulation of procedures for timely collection, encashment and accounting procedures which resulting an increased cash flow and reduction of average credit terms.
• Supervision of Sales Coordinator.
Experience/Qualifications :
• Graduate in Electronics / BE in Electronics / B.com
• At least 8-12 years experience in Sales, out of which minimum 5 years should be in Analysis / MIS
• Understanding of the business environment and market opportunities in the Middle East and Africa / GCC is preferred.
• Industry knowledge of Consumer Electronics / DTH Products is must.
Industry preferred :
Candidate who have worked previously in Consumer Electronic companies Onida, Videocon,Samsung, Panasonic, Philips, Sony, Jumbo Electronics, LG, Celetronix , Tata Sky, Reliance Digital Retails LTd. etc....
