• Strong development experience with TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Business Works
• Ability to identify troubleshoot EMS/BW services
• 2+ years of working experience with operating systems: Linux, UNIX, and windows.
• 1 + years of experience with Shell scripting, SFTP, FTP etc
• 2+ years of experience with messaging technologies.
• 2 + Yrs experience with Web service development, XML, SQL Queries, SOAP Messaging
• Good Understanding of Database management.
• Great Communication and writing Skills.
• Ability to investigate, diagnose & resolve issues related to TIBCO BW, TIBCO EMS, Hawk
• Java à multi-thread, asynchronous and distributed systems
• Hands on and technically savvy.
• Ability to clearly communicate with different stakeholders.
• Should be familiar with work environment in banking sector
