Essential:
Primary Skillsets & Details
• Having Technical in-depth knowledge on Testing methodologies and ability to design optimum Test strategy for Projects.
• Ability to identify right team of testers based on project requirements and work closely with the Sourcing team on allocation of testers and senior testers.
• Identifies the potential for test automation and identifies automation scenarios
• Improves test quality and effectiveness by doing causal analysis
• Identifies gaps and issues in the testing process
• Participates in status reporting and understands the impact at the application level Tracks and measures testing productivity on a periodic basis
• Ensures usage of appropriate testing tools, catering to various phases and types of projects Identifies strengths and weakness of test tools and makes suggestions based on type of engagement
• Anchors training and induction programs for new engagements Conceives and executes ideas pertaining to reusable testing assets
• Significant experience in leading teams who specialize in different types of Testing
• Good in mentoring test leads and testers
• Ability to evaluate the Application Health and make judgment based on set standards • Ability to define the test approach for each types of testing
• Ability to handle the multiple project assignments and deal with ambiguity.
