PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
·          Masters with 5-7 years of experience in FMCG.
·          Indepth market info and prior working experience in the same territory - Preferable
·          Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position.
·          Excellent oral, written, presentation skills.
·          Strong interpersonal skills
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
·          Deliver Trading Profit growth for the assigned territory P&L by leading a sales team of Key Account Managers, and Area Sales Executives and influencing relevant elements of P&L (that can be influenced at the regional level)
·          Own & drive Sales Strategy in the region.
·          Trading Terms & pricing on strategy – managing trading issues across customers
·          Work with Sales Operations & Customer Marketing team to ensure efficient and effective implementation of Brand & Trade activities
·          Nurture Customer relationships & implement category growth plans.
·          Understand customer dynamic & needs
·          Leverage shopper and customer insights into tangible customer/trade plans and category developing results
·          Build customer knowledge in business
·          Contribute commercial insight and leadership
·          Provide competitor intelligence.
