- Technical Skills: mostly based dev (ASP.Net C#), DB Design
skills (MS SQL), System Analysis/Design, Documentation (SRS, FS,
UAT/Test Cases, etc).
2. Snr. Software Engineer:
- Exp: 4+
- Technical Skills: Architecture / Designing, Web Based Dev, Team
management skills, Client facing / communication, onsite support, etc.
Candidates should be able to carry out tasks / projects with minimum
guidance and able to manage multiple projects / dev tasks.
Nice to have: Knowledge/experience with Oracle EBS R12, mobile dev
exposure / knowledge (WinMo, iOS, Blackberry OS, Android).
