Job Description :
Responsible for testing & implementation of software deliverables in a fast paced startup environment. Plans own schedule/ deliverable/ assignments to ensure meeting targets (time and quality) set by manager Ensures that all tasks are completed and all testing deliverable are delivered within the time frame Checks software quality throughout the life cycle of software development by writing test cases Tests application interface and system study document Coordinates.
Skills required :
Must have basic concepts of SQA
Should have excellent functional testing skills
Should have knowledge of Testing Cycle
Should have basic knowledge about automated testing
Experience developing and executing manual and automated test suites
Should know how to design test cases, test scenarios, test scripts, & procedures
Investigate customer problems referred by technical support
Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems
Load Testing knowledge will be a plus
Knowledge of TFS and VSTS will be a plus
General Personality Requirements:
Ability to confidently take the initiative and work with minimum supervision.
Unquestionable sense of responsibility and integrity.
Ability to work with a supplier at all levels, both technical and managerial.
Creative and imaginative (ability to think outside of the box).
Strong interpersonal skills.
Should be a good team player.
