Project: Real Estate Contract Administration Solution (Cost Management, Change Management and Payment Integration)
Objective: To provide integrated cost change and payment management solution for all Real Estate projects that reduces heavy administration requirements of existing process and increases visibility and accuracy of project financial reporting and planning leading to greater cost certainty and budget control, enhanced decision making and improved performance
Critical Success Factors: Integration with Oracle Project Costing and Payable modules

External Resource: 1 no Sr Oracle Technical Resource with ERP, SCM and project costing experience
