Urgently Required Tier 1/2 Support Engineer (Karachi Pakistan)

Softech Worldwide (Karachi Pakistan) is looking to hire Tier 1/2 Support Engineer to provide customer support to its US customers for its Web Application Product. Product requires having basic knowledge of Software, Web and Computers for Tier 1 Support. For Tier 2 support Candidate must have sound knowledge of core IT Infrastructure including Windows Server, SQL Server, Web Servers etc. Must have basic networking concepts (DNS, NATing/PATing, Firewall, Publishing HTTP/HTTPS etc). Past experience in Web Application development or Sharepoint Customization & Installation or Dynamics CRM are preferred. Candidate must have good spoken and written english        
Responsibilities include
-          Taking incoming customer support calls/chats/emails
-          Responding to customer support queries related to T1 and T2 issues
-          Deploy or Assist customer’s team in deploying solution on customer’s premises
-          Learn Softech’s product and underlying technologies
-          Logging all support activities in CRM
-          Coordinating with Development team for Tier 3 support issues
-          Following with Customer/Development team for resolution and satisfactory closure of tickets
                                                                                                       
Timing: 4 PM or 6 PM to 1 AM to 3 AM
