Summary:
The Technology Coordinator is responsible for implementation of companywide IT standards in the areas of Software, Networks, Infrastructure, Security, Internet & Databases, he should be well versed in support multi culture staff on their I.T. related issues. The individual must be expert in the understanding of technology within the IT industry. The position requires demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects to deliver high quality, on-time result. Must be able to work with vendors to secure appropriate quotes and help guide the internal technology enhancement. Use software development life cycle to manage existing software application & related changes.

Duties:

• Plan and coordinate upgrades and software support for the Clients, Servers, ERP system and subsidiary systems such as Internal Applications, Emails and others.
• Lead the project team in determining requirements of users, IT infrastructure & non-functional.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual report on project status, current & future objectives and KPIs.
• Controls project requirements, scope and change management issues.
• Attends and in some cases chairs weekly status meetings and monthly project and team meetings as required.
• Manages and coaches members of cross-functional teams to accomplish project deliverables, meet established schedules or resolve technical/operational issues.
• Identify and correct errors to the database and reporting system.
• Work with contractors, consultant and analysts to make changes to the database, ERP Application and reporting system.
• Support end-users of the ERP system.
• Develop and maintain procedures, guides, handouts, and other technical documentation as needed.
• Determine and implement proper ERP security on a database and policy level.
• Assist with the planning/management of various assigned IT related projects.
• Administers and maintains end user accounts, permissions and access rights.
• Monitors and tests server software performance and provide statistics and reports.
• Creating IT Policy, Procedure and Documents.
• Users Training & Development to improve technical and professional knowledge in AX2009 as well as project management discipline and accounting and business concepts.
• Administrates all server-based software applications, databases and operating systems.
• Ensures the integrity of servers, databases and data transfer.
• Administration and support for in-house developed software applications.
• Assist in coordinating, executing, and overseeing all IT projects.
• Handle purchasing of computer equipment, peripherals, operating systems, and software.
• Maintain inventory of computer equipment, peripherals, software and licenses.


Technical Skills

1. Experience in managing internal & external projects.
2. Should be team player & skills to lead team of 4 – 5 diversified individuals.
3. Experience and thorough technical knowledge on software development preferable Oracle Development Tools including Forms 6i & 10g.
4. Experience in creating user training programs and facilitating training sessions.
5. Experience in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory (Domains), DHCP, DNS, Antivirus Server, Windows 7, SQL Server, Ms. Office 2010 & other office related products.
6. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
7. Ability and commitment to meet deadlines
8. Effective interpersonal skills with proven ability to work both independently and part of a team
9. Experience in Network & Infrastructure related standard practices, techniques, software & hardware


Education/Experience:
• Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree with a strong emphasis in I.T. or business. Master’s degree I.T. or related discipline will prefer but no mandatory.
• Certification in job related knowledge & skills will be preferred.
• Must have 5+ year of experience in software development or I.T. Management
• Must have experience of handling / managing I.T. project(s)
